Clary Sage is a naturally relaxing essential oil, it induces feelings of calmness and is reputed to reduce the stress hormone cortisol, providing balance and lifting the mood. The oil is useful in dilution in treating many skin complaints such as acne, inflamed conditions, boils, oily skin and dandruff. May also be useful as a massage oil in combatting high blood pressure and muscular aches and pains. Clary Sage Oil is also known to regulate and stabilize menstrual cycles and related symptoms.

How to Use Product:
Dilute in a carrier oil of your choice - maximum 10%.
Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed.
Add a few drops of water and use in a burner.
Add a few drops to bath water.
