In small doses Nutmeg ( in a massage oil) can be used for the following arthritis, gout, muscular aches and pains, poor circulation and rheumatism. It is also reputedly good for frigidity, impotence, neuralgia and nervous fatigue. When mixed with clove and orange oils it virtually reproduces the perfume of traditional pomanders which have been used for centuries to fragrance rooms and ward off infection.

How to Use Product:
Dilute in a carrier oil of your choice - maximum 10%
Apply to the appropriate area of the skin as directed
Add a few drops of water and use in a burner
Add a few drops to bath water
